Tank Cementary – Explore tank wrecks in Cyprus private guided

Travel with us 50 years into the past and discover a tank cemetery in wild, untouched nature. The scenery is bizarre, with a number of battle tanks and other armored vehicles quietly rusting among bushes and piles of stones.

At the point you can see tanks (T80) and armored personnel carriers (M113 APC).

The tank wrecks are located in a restricted military area. It is therefore possible that the area is closed due to exercises. *see „please note“

Please note

• We will pick you up at your hotel or arrange a meeting point with you. We will then take you on our exploration tour, without any stress, hectic pace and time pressure of other guests.  So our tour with you is very personal.
• We will pick you up at your hotel at 9:30. We won’t be doing any long walks, but you’ll still want to wear suitable footwear and, depending on the time of year, bring a hat or cap to protect you from the sun, or a jacket in case it gets a bit chilly. All in all, the tour lasts between 2 and 3 hours, it depends on you, because this event is only for you and your family, partner or friends that you book in.
• It is not uncommon for the area to be closed due to military exercises. In this case we will refund 75% of the tour price. Please understand that this is a small risk. If necessary we can walk to the tanks. If this is possible and you are willing to walk about 20 minutes, there will be no refund.

Our special service for you:

We will be happy to pick you up from your hotel free of charge if you are staying in the Agia Napa – Protaras – Paralimni region, or in Larnaca Destrict
(e.g. Oroklini – Pyla – Livadia – Larnaca City). Pick up is also possible for more distant routes, but we will then charge a small surcharge.
