Often referred to as the Titanic of the Med, the Zenobia is regularly voted one of the top 5 or 10 wreck dive sites in the world. Dive here and you’ll see why.

The Zenobia Wreck

The Zenobia sank to the seabed in the early hours of June 7, 1980. She rests on her port side at a maximum depth of 42m (45m inboard) and her starboard side is shallowest at 16m. The scale of the wreck means there are so many different dives possible, before you can explore all areas of this amazing dive site. The outside of the wreck has so much to look at with the 2 massive propellers, roro doors, trucks on the outside, funnels, bridge, cafeteria, bow area and accommodation.

Your Dive Event
In your private guided dive program we explore the inside of the wreck with you. Cardo decks, engine room, crew quarters, galley and laundromat, the bridge …..

Once in port, we will help you prepare your equipment and stow it on board. The trip from the harbour to the wreck of the Zenobia only takes a few minutes and the sea is usually quite calm in the morning. Once at the wreck, we moor at a buoy and the line leads directly to the wreck, so you can descend at your leisure. In the briefing we set our joint plan and if there is nothing against it, we dive into the wreck at a suitable spot.

If you are missing equipment, you are welcome to borrow it from us for this event. Of course, a double tank with a wingjacket is perfect, but you should bring along some experience (or book a Tec Fundamental course in advance. This includes dives to get to know each other).

In the second dive we will explore different areas than in the first, so you will surely have gained many new impressions after the dive day.

Please note

• We will pick you up at your hotel or arrange a meeting point with you. We will then take you on your Adventure Dive, without the stress, hectic pace and time pressure of other guests. So our dive with you is very personal.
• Your needed equipment and the boat tranfer ist included. Please let us know your clothing and shoe size when you book. Soft drinks are also included .
• To participate in this event, you must be min. a certified AOWD or higher Diver, with some experience at least 18 years old and fill out a health questionnaire.
• We will pick you up at your hotel at a time to reach at 8:30 the harbor. Depending on how far away your hotel is, you will need all in all between 5.5 and 6 hours.

Our special service for you:

We will be happy to pick you up from your hotel free of charge if you are staying in Larnaca Destrict
(e.g. Oroklini – Pyla – Livadia – Larnaca City). Pick up is also possible for more distant routes, but we will then charge a small surcharge.
